The SDG Business Pioneers Award promotes private sector efforts in the field of sustainable development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This year’s ceremony declared the fourth generation of SDG Business Pioneers, recognizing and accentuating the efforts of private sector companies related to achieving the SDGs in BiH as well as motivating new entrepreneurs to create their business models in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals. The project is organized and implemented by the UNDP in BiH and funded by Sweden.

SEEBA has been nominated for the Award in the People category among small companies for the third year in a row, but this year has brought us more than the Finalist title. We’ve been announced as the Winner of the SDG Business Pioneers Award 2022.

This recognition is proof of our commitment to sustainable growth where creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is the only way forward. This accomplishment is a result of many years of hard work and dedication to subject matters like this and is only our motivation to be better than we were yesterday, every day. 

Still, our biggest reward is exactly our People, our amazing team without whom this award wouldn’t be possible. Their satisfaction and motivation are our highest priority and we are proud that we together can make a difference. 

As our Managing Director, Dina Šiber, said in her acceptance speech: ”Our focus stays the same: People first!”
