As October came so did also the official kick-off with SEEBA Nordics and SEEBA Balkans.
On the days between the October 5-6th the two offices got together in Sweden for exchanging ideas and knowledge. And to maintain working as a whole we did some getting-to-know-each-other for the ultimate feeling of being one team regardless of the geographical location.
During the two days in Västerås and Stockholm we had various workshops, client meetings and team-building activities.
Communication, corporate culture and SEEBA’s market visibility were some of the topics that our management team presented for the group with great outcome. Altogether we discussed about how to create shared value; how to systematically sustain long-term development through value-creation for our clients.
SEEBA believes that it is important to work on three levels to achieve the best communication possible which is why we did exercises in the categories of personal, team/group and SEEBA as a company.
Some of the keywords that were recurring during the discussions of the workshop about corporate culture were confidence, commitment and teamwork.SEEBA has the vision to be the best in its branch of industry, and we are on a very promising way towards that. The team were united in building and sustaining a ground for SEEBA containing the previous mentioned keywords because this is how our clients will know to choose us as their business partner.
With that said, the kick-off was successful and SEEBA is now working on launching some improvements regarding its brand visibility.
But, there can not only be work without some fun. During these days we introduced the SEEBA Balkans office to our roots from the Vikings with a visit to a nostalgic restaurant, did a lot of sightseeing in Västerås and Stockholm and finished the kick-off with traditional Swedish fika.
