We will build a team of experts which will significantly update their traditional way of offering products and services, as well as ease the management of ongoing support services.
Upon successful implementation of client goals during the first six months of cooperation the expert team will serve as the backbone for further development of the offering and scalability.

We are looking for a German speaking sales manager to run a team of sales associates that will mainly work with our client’s sales in Germany . In an initial phase the team will be consist of five associates but will grow during the year.. You are a professional who connects the dots between business needs, innovation and good design of sales.
Sales manager responsibilities include to lead a team of professionals by directing the team’s focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create sales opportunities. The role includes to sell, but the focus of your activities is to coach, train, lead, create infrastructure, guidelines and strategy to grow the team.
- Proven experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Familiarity with planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English (C2 or higher) and German (C2 or higher) speaking skills
- BSc in marketing, business or related field

- Passionate about understanding (and keeping the team and clients informed about) current and emerging sales trends.
- 3- 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in responsible gambling industry, telecom, sales, or similar.
