About You

We’re looking for a part-time UI/UX Designer to join our Sarajevo team.

As a UI/UX designer, you will be working closely with our developers and product managers to conceptualize, design, prototype, test, and iterate on customer and product solutions.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean, artful and most importantly customer-centric design while being up to date on the latest trends in the industry and best practices. Great plus if you have a portfolio showcasing good fundamentals and adequate understanding of user experience and user interface design.


  • High-caliber product design skills. A good fundamental understanding of user experience design, typography, composition, and layout principles. Intimate knowledge of current digital design trends and conventions.
  • Experience in early stages of product development, iterating feature ideas with prototypes, doing user testing for desirability and usability.
  • Experience and efficiency with standard design tools like Figma.
  • A strong visual aesthetic, experience in creating cohesive and consistent visual systems, and delivering beautiful, high fidelity, production-ready designs.
  • Ability to discuss your work and choices made confidently with stakeholders and managers outside your industry, connecting it to larger strategic objectives as well as clearly articulating tactical and execution details.
  • Understanding of quality Design-Developer communication and the importance it has in the product creation process as well as the ability to explain and hand-over your designs to the dev team.
  • A willingness to jump in and do what it takes to help the team achieve results.
  • An online portfolio demonstrating a selection of your professional work incorporating all previously mentioned principles and practices.
  • Experience managing the design process from concept development to launch.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the design process through concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
  • Produce high-quality interfaces and experiences tailored to emerging and evolving use cases.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales, development).
  • Craft designs that connect the dots between customer needs, data, business goals, and product workflow.
  • Create assets (mockup, prototype, flow, etc.) with the appropriate level of detail for the requested needs.
  • Preparation of graphic materials for social networks internally + for a large number of clients, as well as preparation of other graphic materials for clients (web graphics, various types of promotional materials)
  • Preparing graphics for Google play and Apple store for clients
  • Proposals and creation of posts for social networks internally + for a large number of clients
